Mac n Cheese

Last time in class we had made mac n cheese, next time we shouldn't add the salt into the sauce because our group did that and it tasted to salty when we were only spost to add it in the macaroni elbows which was in a different pot.


     
heres some ingredients for a simple 4 serve meal of mac n cheese

  1. Hi Abbagale. This is a nice basic recipe similar to the one we used. Do you remember adding grainy mustard to your dish during the preparation of the sauce? This gives it more flavour. I am a little confused about how your adding the sugar into the sauce gave it a salty flavour. Did you add salt to the pasta water?

    1. we added sauce to both not knowing was only meant for the sauce... i meant salt
