For this first bit here I'm gonna talk about what phobias is..


What’s phobias. Phobias is - Well there’s almost as many phobias
as there are situations, the most common kinds of phobias include
social phobia, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, coulrophobia, aerophobia,
zoophobia, arachnophobia, dentophobia, aichmophobia, ophidiophobia,
acrophobia, mysophobia, and hemophobia…


How to get better after this has happened below
The most effective way to overcome a phobia is by gradually
and repeatedly exposing yourself to what you fear in a safe and
controlled way. During this exposure process, you'll learn to ride out the
anxiety and fear until it inevitably passesa

    Good advice, especially where you talk about how to overcome a phobia. Did you know that a lot of people don't even believe that it is possible to get over phobias? However, if it is a strong phobia people should seek professional help.
    I have a family member who suffers from a form of social phobia. She has received a lot of counselling over the past year and she is now generally able to control her anxiety in social situations.
    Well done for addressing this difficult subject. I know you were having trouble finding out about phobias, and it is often difficult to understand why some people have phobias, especially if the things they are "frightened" of seem irrational.
