Positive and negative thoughts ( health )

Here is my post about green thoughts, yellow thought, and also red thoughts. Some of these may help you in life of what you could say to make things better. or the negative ones you could learn from the mistaken words you have said and in a way you can make them into some positive ones...

For this first bit here I'm gonna talk about what phobias is..


What’s phobias. Phobias is - Well there’s almost as many phobias
as there are situations, the most common kinds of phobias include
social phobia, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, coulrophobia, aerophobia,
zoophobia, arachnophobia, dentophobia, aichmophobia, ophidiophobia,
acrophobia, mysophobia, and hemophobia…


How to get better after this has happened below
