The Real neighbours:
Colour - greys, dark, mournful, sad colours, Palette, foggy, faded, washed out, rundown, sticky, dusty,
Lighting - dark/gloomy - inside house cold light.shabby, dark, poor
Music - bland, backgrounds, medium pace, Latin style, upbeat, movement
Setting - forest looks dead, house is old, rustic, rundown, basement, theatre room, use to be fashionable, now is clated
Characters, Mr Bobinsky, Russian, drunk, awkward, weirdo, Miss Spink + Forcible - the argue, opposites but like some thing, actress, old fashioned, confident ,attention seekers, - coraline doesn't like them better then nothing.

scene 1:Colour - Bright, light, friendly, welcoming. Different scene #2: Good dark, shiny, bright, vibrant, 

Lighting - warm, light-orange, yellow, different scene: warn light, spot lights are bright

Music - loud, joyful, circus music, playful, minor, different scene: energetic, brass

Setting - Garden is alive, house is painted/looks new, apartment looked colourful, clean, organised, different scene: theatre, grand, large, posh, good condition

Characters - Mr B - Clean, tidy, done-up, healthy, blue, nice to coraline-gets her name right. New characters: transformed, young, thin, attractive, talented, acrobatics, actresses, modern, 

- Coraline likes them, is enthusiastic to have them as neighbours.

Dark, greens, colourful, purple and pink, neons that show in the dark, fades to white,

dark, cold, unsafe, horrific,

Slower, quiet, menacing, creepy, Spooky, other world, 

Settings:
Chocolate and furniture were beetles,  sinister, transforms from the perfect home till a spider a web.
