Positive and negative thoughts ( health )

Here is my post about green thoughts, yellow thought, and also red thoughts. Some of these may help you in life of what you could say to make things better. or the negative ones you could learn from the mistaken words you have said and in a way you can make them into some positive ones...
(Green).Positive Thoughts.
(Yellow) Middle Thoughts.
(Red).Negative Thoughts.

    Sorry, but I can't read this blog post because of the way the words are transposed over the blog template. This sometimes happens if you use copy/paste from another source like Google Docs. Maybe you can fix this by taking a screen shot of the table and inserting it as a picture.
